Noble Folk Ice Cream Pie Bar

Delicious and creamy ice cream with a split scoop for $5.75! I tried the Thai Chai Dutch Cookie flavor and loved it. The location is conveniently situated in downtown Santa Rosa, directly across from the park on the square. I highly recommend it!

This is one of the best dessert shops I've visited in a long time. The ice cream, moose pie, cookies, macarons, and cookie sandwiches are all fantastic!

The ice cream here is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I've visited a few times, and each time, the staff seemed annoyed or put out by my presence while trying to buy ice cream. To give them the benefit of the doubt, my wife and I thought maybe one of the employees was just having a bad day, so we returned, but encountered a different staff member who gave us the same experience. We're not asking for much—just simple greetings like "hi," "hello," or "thank you." You don't even have to inquire about my day; just acknowledge that I'm a customer. After each visit, we find ourselves wondering, "Why do we keep coming back?"

My favorite is the home made Oreo, tastes like chocolate cereal milk with big hunks of Oreo pieces. I have ordered pies from them multiple times and they are delicious. Staff is always very nice. Wish they could bring back sampling.

They don't really highlight it but if you appreciate vanilla ice cream you HAVE TO try theirs. Just vanilla but it so good! I got another flavor also but the vanilla is what I remember, I could have ate that all day.
