Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Rosa

This place hits it out of the park. Awesome service and food, definitely my choice for phone ahead quick lunch that feeds multiple people. My favorite is the Detroit double deep stuffed Hawaiian with jalapeno and extra cheese. WOW! Excellent.

They're quick I'll say that much. The garlic bread sticks are to die for.

I had a very unpleasant experience while trying to place a phone order. I wasn't ordering food for myself, but for the children of a friend who was recovering from a medical issue. When I called, I wanted to confirm the location by asking, “Is this the Little Caesar’s near the Arco?" We've all probably ordered from the wrong place at some point. However, the woman who answered refused to confirm the location and repeatedly shouted, “HOW CAN I HELP YOU??” At first, I thought she simply couldn't hear me, but after I asked my question again, her tone became increasingly louder and ruder. Eventually, I just went ahead and ordered what the kids requested, but if it had been my pizza, I would have hung up and chosen to eat somewhere else. The receipt had the name Elvia P. on it.

I've never encountered any problems at this location, even when it's busy! It's clear that they have a manager who truly cares!

This is the best Little Caesars in Santa Rosa! They handle a large volume of orders but still manage to maintain quality.
