Grateful Bagel - Santa Rosa

Totally stopped here not expecting to much. Cute little bagel shop in the middle of an adorable downtown area. We were so shocked at how amazing the sandwiches were. I had the grateful bagel on everything bagel and it was so flavorful and the bagel itself must have just been pulled out of the cooker it was so soft and yummy. The coffee was a little meh but honestly with a bagel that good I didn't care.

Fresh Bagels. My favorite is sunflower with avocado. When I do get cream cheese it's flavorful and light.

I love the personal touch and the spicy Ellie's aioli! I will definitely be coming back here in the morning. The flavors are fantastic, all the bagels and ingredients are fresh daily. The salsa for the spicy Ellie's aioli is the best salsa I've ever tasted!

The bagels are consistently tasty and the matcha shake is also excellent.

Today, I ordered from DoorDash and when I received my order, it was not correct. I had even included a special note with my order, and items were missing from the sandwich. When I called the restaurant on 4th Street in Santa Rosa, the woman I spoke with did not appear to care that they had made a mistake with my order. She blamed it on a new employee and suggested that I contact DoorDash. I found this response unsatisfactory, as the mistake was not DoorDash's fault. They did not offer to remake the order, even though I had spent $25 on a bagel sandwich. This was disappointing, as I am a frequent customer. I would have made it right if I were working there, but the lack of care on their end was the worst part. Be sure to double-check your order before leaving, as I was unable to do so since I used DoorDash.
