Long waiting times in the drive thru and inside sometimes. Nevertheless, the food here is fantastic. People are friendly, and everything is fresh and they never make mistakes. You have an intelligent crew. I used to work at Carl's Jr, so I understand that long waiting times are sometimes inevitable.

As large chain burgers go, the Carls Jr-Gelenk is especially special. The expectation to eat on a chain consists quite of quality, despite the change in personel. From the 3 seats, in Santa Rosa, the joint on S.R. Bl is the best. The burgers here just taste better. The staff of the counter were always friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. A note for those who do not know you can order a breakfast plate. It is not listed in the menu, but they have it. Love loves her cookies.
