Aztec Grill - Santa Rosa

I used to frequent this place all the time for their California Burrito. I hadn't been back in a few years, but today I had such a strong craving that I decided to stop by and grab one. I noticed that the California Burrito is now called the Rodeo Burrito. Unfortunately, it was quite bland. They also forgot to include my sour cream! I paid $14.80 for a tasteless burrito. No thanks.

It's so convenient to quickly pop in and grab a piping hot burrito (sometimes almost too hot!) to take with me. Add some amazing spicy salsas, and I'm all set! I really love Aztec Grill!

Additionally, my friend's regular burrito was mostly rice, and we started to wonder if they were running low on ingredients during these challenging times. However, the nachos we tried were piled high and absolutely delicious. I suggest changing the name of the Aztec Supreme Burrito and adding a note to the description that it’s primarily salad. If that were clear, I would be more inclined to give a 4-star rating, acknowledging that it was just my mistake in choosing the wrong dish. If someone is looking for a mostly salad burrito, they would likely enjoy it — it just wasn't what I wanted, and honestly, I think it contained too much salad to be satisfying. Also, a note for management: I couldn’t choose my meat option on Grubhub and had to type it into the special instructions. You might want to address that. Overall, I felt a bit ripped off. - Forrest

I have been here for breakfast and lunch and never been disappointed. The carnitas breakfast burrito is bomb and I love their garlic shrimp burrito! $1 tacos can't be beat. I just wish they were open late enough for dinner.

The BBQ chicken Burrito is like taking America and Mexico and mixing it in a tortilla. Best. Idea, always. Better than Taco Bell and Green Burrito than ANY Fast Food Mexican!
