The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf Nuvali

The wait time at the cashier was exceedingly long, likely due to misunderstandings between the customers and the staff regarding their orders. I patiently waited for about 20 to 25 minutes for my order, only to see two customers who came after me being served first. This prompted me to approach the claim counter, where I learned that my order had been overlooked. I finally received my order in less than two minutes, but I wasn't offered any apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the service was very disappointing! I usually go to the Festival Mall branch, which has only 2 or 3 staff members but serves customers much faster. This branch definitely needs to improve.

This location was peaceful on a Saturday morning, making it an ideal time to relax and enjoy a book. The coffee was great, the shop was clean, and the staff were very courteous. The service was exceptional as well!

One of my favorite coffee shop. When you meet your friends or colleagues. It’s one of the relaxing place and love the coffee and food here.
