J.co Donuts Coffee - Santa Rosa

I don't understand why they only use 1 cashier (having 2) despite the long line of customers. They didn't even take advance order for a drink coffee or tea. And, you are obliged to remember your own queue number.. if not only for the kids! Maygawwdness! Please improve your service.

I was pleased that there were many flavors to choose from considering that it was already afternoon. This branch, I guess, is very popular amongst the locals since it was crowded that time Saturday between 3 4 pm. They could improve more on the preparation time of their coffee/drinks...

The hot chocolate i ordered from this store caused stomach discomfort, disrupted my 1N stay in Tagaytay. So disappointing. Trans : 147721 9 Mar 23 17:06:19 Can somebody from the store check the quality?

Very poor line organization. Same line for coffee and donut but will be transferred to other counter for coffee alone. Supervisor is not helpful as well to sort the confusion. Very poor service.
