Zapparelli's Family Pizzeria

I posted a review earlier and after going to two other locations from the same chain I noticed a significant difference. I was giving benefit of the doubt blaming inflation but no this place is a rip off. Being charged that amount for them to skimp that many toppings is horrible. Here's a reference of pics from this place in comparison to two other round tables I went to in the past week. (I know it was 3 times in two weeks, a lot of pizza parties k lol) Quality just wasn't up to par at this location. Only reason I added a star to the 1 is because the workers were at least nice. But again, this place can do better, don't be cheap

I've always enjoyed Round Table pizza flavors. It all started when I worked at one up north and eventually became manager of it. I missed having one close by, and was excited one was near again. I was disappointed both times I went. First time, the customer service was awful. Not one employee or manager said hello and seemed pissed off to be there. The food tasted like it too. Understanding that people have bad days, I elected to give it another shot a couple weeks later. Still the same lack of customer service attitude. But the food tasted a little better . The restaurant was empty which was frustrating since it was lunch time and should be busy. The store is clean, but has a little run down feeling. I really hope they get a manger in there that cares, because it has potential..

Absolutely horrible worst Round Table I've ever been to. Ordered 2 pizzas one was burnt the second was was undercooked the dough was chewy. Ordered some sodas and couple beers with dinner the beer was flat. Then the salad bar that's a whole other bait and switch. Ordered salad bar they closed it 10 min later when I ordered the sign didn't say only one trip. But when I asked about getting salad was told then. Paid $9 for nothing all in all spent $90 and will never go back. Drive a little further toppers pizza is better more consistent and they don't screw you on the salad

Caution! We tried to order pizza from Round Table. Our online order was transferred to Door Dash for delivery since the store doesn't deliver orders themselves. We got an update that the driver was at the store picking up the order and the delivery time continued to change. The next update said our order was canceled! I called the store to find out what happened. Once I got to the right person, I found out that our order had been delivered to a different address. We were offered their order since the store was now out of dough and couldn't remake our order. This was 90 minutes after placing our order. The wrong order was never delivered. I'm guessing the Door Dash driver enjoyed it. Never again. Zero stars wasn't an option.

Round table is absolutely ruining its great pizza by employing Door dash as only form of delivery. 1:40 min to get a pizza and they still stop by and pick up other others at other businesses before delivering my pizza!!
