I ordered the two cheeseburger meal, and unfortunately, the food was not put together well and fell apart when I opened it. Ketchup was all over the place, even on the outside of the wrapper. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.
The service feels zombie-like when you ask for help. They often forget essentials like napkins, straws, ketchup, or other items, which can be quite frustrating.
I go 2-3 times a week Monday thru Thursday and the girl woman on headset knows her stuff .always greeted with a good morning.More should be like her
I waited 20 minutes at curbside for my order after placing it. When I finally got it, items were missing and food was cold. I used the app and it would’ve been faster to use the drive thru- especially since it was empty. Why has McDonald’s gotten so bad? They charge top dollar but never get my orders right.
