I had pho ga (hence), which is often difficult to find. the broth would have used a little more anise and was a little stronger everywhere, but otherwise it was very good. Huhn was clean without getting them in suppen sometimes at the moment of the really cheap meat. I asked for extra sweetness and got a shallow plate of pear and basilikum on the side no fee. was slightly sweet, tasty, like the jasmin tee. If I had a critique, it would be that the nudes that were flat were overcooked. a few more minutes and they would fall apart. but all in all, I would recommend that. No, you will not get omigod, that is the best pho ever they will get a good, filling food that will leave them very satisfied.
Had the turmeric fish sandwich. Very tasty!!! A lot ofbanh mi sandwiches are mostly bread but this was mostly the ingredients. My fiancee had the veggie pho with chicken broth. Hit the spot!
Clean, even stylish. Ordered beef pho. Food was cooked appropriately, although flavors were weak. Not really authentic pho, I guess it's modern approach but so much so that it hardly resembled pho at all. We should have known when we approached the storefront Friday night that the sparse crowd would be a good indicator of the quality of vietnamese pho this place would deliver. Beside the food being a bit bland, there was also egregiously long periods of time we were waiting for the server despite there only being maybe three tables being waited on in the entire restaurant. Bit of a disappointment in general. Hope they make some changes that make me want to give them another try.
We started with the chicken cabbage salad and it was very fresh and tasty. I had a wonderful chicken pho and was happily served the basil and sprouts I requested. My husband had the two types of beef in his pho and said it was very good. We'll be back!
Very friendly staff, super fresh and organic ingredients, pho/noodles and salad rolls.
