I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. They repeatedly got my order wrong and did not offer any apologies. The staff seemed unaware of what was going on in the kitchen. Additionally, the food was overwhelming.

I’m sorry to say that my dining experience was quite disappointing. I received a tiny piece of not-so-fresh salmon in my salmon sushi “burrito,” which was so small for the $10 price tag. The salmon and yellowtail tacos were mostly rice—about 80%—which was frustrating. While the flavors and sauce were good, I ended up spending almost $30 on a mound of rice and a few small pieces of fish. As my first experience with a sushi burrito, it was really underwhelming. The burrito was just a loosely wrapped roll with hardly any fish in it at all. Additionally, when we told the server we wanted to eat in, he mistakenly brought our order to-go. When we requested plates, he told us, “We cannot serve sushi on plates.” Are they not allowed to serve the food properly? It was very confusing, especially since this place is located inside Umami Burger without any signs. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The server asked if we wanted our meal to-go or for here, and when we said "for here," he brought it out as takeout instead. When we requested plates, he informed us that we couldn't be served sushi on plates. I was left wondering if they aren't allowed to serve food at all. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience.

The sushi itself was good (and the tacos had a great crisp and texture). this is actually a ghost kitchen in “Umami Burger” and it was confusing to find, confusing to order, and an unpleasant experience overall. when they order delivery/exception, the food is in order, but only a head up that this is not a “sushi restaurant”.

Yum! Nice surprise to find delicious sushi at this ghost kitchen place hidden inside Umami Burger. I got the Philly roll and a hamachi habanero pepper roll. Both were delicious! The food came in a really cute box. Service was great. Would come again.
