Santa Clara Restaurant

I was often in Santa Clara Restaurant, brought many friends recommenced it to many. My favorite meal is Chilies rellenos con queso. I recently tried the clay chicken with some friends. Sukkulent, very tasty. I think I would have preferred it with rice instead of fresh beans to suck all the delicious sauce! Next time, I'll ask. The entire staff of Santa Clara Welcomes you with a warm smile when you arrive. You make one of the best margaritas in town. And her house Mezcal is excellent! This restaurant is the best! My first stop when I return to Huatulco!

Two times in the last two weeks. Both tips were excellent. I had the grilled chicken and my wife had Queensadillas. Both were excellent. The prices were very good and the service was great. During our second visit my wife had the baked chicken breast and I stayed with the grilled chicken breast. Both were once again excellent. Both came with retried wars and guacamole. Again, great service. Definitely a place to check out. It's close to the Chedraui grocery store.

We found Santa Clara on this trip, as it came highly recommended by a friend! The menu is pretty basic, and almost exclusively local cuisine. The meals are authentic, and unique. They serve an excellent aracherra like most other restaurants, but that 's where any similarity...ends. The chili rellenos (stuffed bell peppers) are amazing. Their 'clay pot chicken ' takes 8 hrs to prepare, and must be ordered in advance. If you only eat out ONCE while you 're in Huatulco, it should be here.
