Jack In The Box - Santa Maria

Fries were cold, and it took forever to get the food out to me.

Ask for tiny tacos loaded got regular not even half full. Had attitude in the drive through poor service n food made like they have no cares in the world.

Ordered loaded tiny tacos with extra cheese and the guy who made them looks like he didn’t care how he made my food. I got cold shredded cheese instead. He also handed me my food with the same gloves he was cooking with and at the cashier with. Disgusting.

I flew in from Florida, and was very excited to eat at Jack in the Box. Unfortunately this morning I am flying out of California. I was hoping to eat here one more time. This location was the 3rd place we stopped trying to get breakfast croissants. Upon arrival the crew was completely unresponsive. After driving up to the window the employee told us that they were completely closed and taking a lunch break. This is ridiculous behavior that is terribly bad for business. Especially when the business advertises being open 24 hours a day. This location really put a bad taste in my mouth when thinking about the Jack in the Box name and franchise, and I'm a life long customer. I grew up on food from this location, and others on the Central Coast, and I expected better service.

I didn't go inside but the attendants were pleasant.
