Food was good. Service just blew. Seriously, I had to cut my own prime rib, we had our salad plates, as well as 2 trips to the buffet piled up on our table. Just a complete lack of anyone who cares working there. They come, wander around aimlessly and collect a paycheck. Sad, because the cooks do a great job.

They are not open at all do not waist youre time have been coming here awaiting for them to open and they still are not open after 3 years

This place is really good place to go for the cost of a meal it's amazing you can feed the whole family for very little. The only thing I don't like is that you expect to have the prime rib or whatever kind of roast it is for that day and a lot of times it's not out but what's there is great and all of it tastes delicious so I don't think you'd have a problem with it. Kids are welcome but please I ask anybody who takes kids out remember their other people dying and we'd like to enjoy our meal. Maybe the only one we get out for another few months and an annoying child who is screaming or fighting with their siblings is not fun for anyone including the parents I'm sure. Other than that little issue there which is doesn't happen too often but the place is really a good place to go and the food looks very fresh and taste fresh also.

I have to preface this conversation with this fact my friend and I were two of the first people when the doors opened to visit this place so there weren't a lot of people to cause the bathroom to be that disgusting . I've been to Hometown Buffet many times. I do enjoy the food mostly the salad bar. However my major complaint every single time I've gone without fail including today are the bathrooms. I did talk to the young lady who ask me how my visit was and I told her what I thought . It looks like nobody has scrubbed those toilets in a month. You walk by the changing table and you can see poo. You see somebody mopped the floor but that's about as far as they go. It's truly disgusting. Honestly I'm not a big complainer but I've been in gas station bathrooms that are far cleaner than this place. I don't know what the problem is. I saw somebody taking food temperature to make sure the food was at the right temp. So I don't know why they don't think keeping the facilities clean is important. I've complained on three different occasions because it was so outrageously filthy truly if I did not have to go to the bathroom so badly I would not have use their toilet. I want to walk right back out. Thank God for paper toilet Shields honestly.
