Huge surprise. I never expected to eat like this in San juan (and I am over 50 years old) very high kitchen but not pretentious. good attention in a very pleasant environment. on the table we enjoy an exquisite new and very abundant filling paste. a huge dry matured loin that was a poem. a salmon with puree based on unmatched eggplant (still cooked, on request, without salt) and an incredible octopus on roesti dad, with pebre and mango (I would like to describe it but it doesn't make sense, it's from another planet.) very extensive and excellent-level wines. Good prices for the quality of the food (I hope that more eaters understand that a first-level dish based on octopus that costs the triple that a pachata or lomito with second meat. is cheap.) do not miss it.
