Don's Eatery - Santa Fe Springs

This is a fantastic restaurant! I have high blood pressure and requested that my meal be prepared without salt. They accommodated my request without any issues, and the food was incredible. I ordered shrimp with rice, chicken, and fries, and every bite was delightful. Even without the salt, the natural flavors of the grilled shrimp and chicken shone through, making it unnecessary for me to have any seasoning. The atmosphere was peaceful, situated in the city center. The service was outstanding, with staff being very attentive to my needs when I was placing my order. I’ve decided this will be my go-to spot from now on!

The customer service at this restaurant was very disappointing. It felt unprofessional, as I waited over 30 minutes for my dine-in order, which they somehow overlooked. After such a long wait, I had no choice but to ask for a refund since my lunch break was over.

The Teriyaki Chicken is delicious, and the service is excellent. A nice bonus is that they have restrooms available.

I rarely like beef teriyaki in general, but Don's beef teriyaki is the best I've had it's not rubbery like some other places. Their chicken and spicy pork are also really good. None of their meat is too sweet nor salty. Their taste is well balanced. Definitely recommend!
