Wingstop - Santa Cruz

I was excited to try the wings at this restaurant. I ordered three different types - two dry rubs and their regular buffalo sauce. The dry rubs were just okay, not very impressive. The buffalo sauce was a little better, but still nothing special. What shocked me was the price - spending $45 on wings and having to pay an additional $6 for a dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese. It felt like a rip-off.

STOP ???? Take the wing out of your name and call it Stop. Wings should be treated with care. This place is a joke. Parish has way better wings and faster service even dining in. Worst customer service I ever had experienced. Ignore this place.

The service at this restaurant was quicker than usual, and the food was tasty. I believe there is new management in place. In the past, we would have to wait a long time for our food, but today it was fast and the staff were much more friendly. I ordered the new chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Well done, Wingstop!

The chicken at this Wingstop location is tasty, but it's disappointing that it is the only one around. The staff here has consistently provided poor customer service, shown a lack of regard for customers, and the wait times are ridiculously long. During my most recent visit, it took 40 minutes from placing my order to receiving my food. I witnessed five employees chatting at the cash register for five minutes while ignoring the increasing number of customers waiting to be served. It's a shame because other Wingstop locations I've visited have been quick, efficient, and provided great customer service.

Longest wait ever. Order a hour ahead and I bet it won't be ready. Finally when they called my name the fries were all cold. Sandwiches not even labeled. Step y'all game up!
