I made two reservations with them, but both times they were closed when we arrived. I'm really disappointed. I hope they're still in business, as I really want to try their food or at least see the inside of the restaurant.

We had a similar experience. We had trouble locating the restaurant, whether it was due to Maps or not. The door was locked, and the website didn’t provide any useful information. The phone number listed on the site was incorrect. Both Apple and Google Maps indicated that it was closed, despite a reservation being available on OpenTable. It seems that the place might actually be closed. Eventually, we ended up at Alderwood and had a nice meal there.

I made a reservation at a specific address, but when I arrived, the restaurant wasn't there. The phone number provided was just a coincidence. I admired the nice decor at the location, but then I had to search for another address, which turned out to be closed as well. Eventually, I found a functioning website and called the number listed, but no one answered. OpenTable, why did you let us book a reservation for this place? It was at a different address and closed on Sundays. This whole experience was quite frustrating.

Dinner was enjoyable and everything was delicious. We shared a large portion of crispy fries as an appetizer and my companion had an excellent burger with a side salad. The staff were observant and friendly. What surprised both of us was the very small portions of vegetables. His side salad was a few tablespoons of microgreens with several slivers of radish and tomato. It was a garnish, not a salad. My ramen was flavorful, but it was more like abura soba. Since it was served with a spoon, I asked the waiter if the broth had been forgotten. He said no. There were a very few mushrooms and a single roasted cherry tomato along with the poached egg. The majority of the dish was soba noodles. It was delicious, but not the dish I was expecting. Perhaps noting the difference on the menu would make sure diners knew what they were getting?
