Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Cruz

The restaurant is quicker, friendlier, and cleaner. The only downside is that complaints tend to arise too quickly.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I ordered two simple pepperoni pizzas online, and their website stated they were open until 9:30 PM. I placed my order at 7:50 PM, but when I arrived, the place was closed and they still charged my card. There was someone at the register, yet they refused to open the door. I definitely do not recommend this location. Very disappointing! I was really looking forward to enjoying their crispy pizza, but they let me down once again.

I placed an online order, but it was canceled when I went to collect it. There was no contact number available. I was charged on my card, and I’m not happy about it.

Place sucks. Online says they are open until 10pm but I tried calling at 8:45pm and went straight to dial tone. Girlfriend visits the location at 9:15pm and finds that they are closed. No online ordering available nor phone ordering I guess. Other reviews claim this location is a scam. Doesn't even show up right on google maps. Beware, they're probably incompetent
