Five Guys Burgers Fries - Santa Cruz

Fries were really good, but the burgers were quite expensive for a lower quality.

Never stopped in five guys, but my goodness, their burgers are fantastic! a cheeseburger with everything ordered and my burger came so filled that the lower bungalow began to decay, I think it was the sauteed mushrooms and swirling. this has not quenched from the tasteful quality. fries were crispy on the outside and slightly salted. the only part is the price. it was double what we usually pay in n out. was it worth the cost increase?

This situation is always excellent. the people are friendly, they hear the customers and they never discriminate. Great eating served hot and always seems fresh. thanks for all the hard workers!

I'm going to the hill. had rejoiced on overflowing pommes (after all his $7.29 for a big frit) the cup only 2/3 full. they were made of mushrooms, swaying, banane (scrubbing) the half of the soda aromen. fries were soggy/oily. and to round it off, my order got wrong, so there had no hits (only meat and cheese) although I ordered it “all”. never again at this place.

Dirty place with dirty workers!!! They were not even busy but long time waiting, so I decided complaining. Then I saw one worker handling my burger to his colleague so he bags it. I was shocked that the guy opened the aluminum paper but couldn 't tell what he was doing with it. His co-worker immediately took it out of his hands, re-model it and re-wrapped in a new aluminum paper and bag it himself. Once he called my number, I asked what his co-worker did with my burger. He stuttered I am sorry sir? So I asked him to garbage it bc I wouldn 't take the risk to eat it at all. They didn 't want to refund me so I left without dinner and $12.59 less in my pocket. Never again . I 'm actually very surprised how this place is still on business.
