Jordan is phenomenal at her craftsmen's ship when it comes to making the perfect drink. I haven't had a drink this wonderful in a very long time. Don't ever fire her! She is an exceptional barista! I definitely think this Starbucks is one of the better ones in town. Very pleased with my experiences here tonight! All the baristas here are very polite and wonderful. This is a great location. 100/100. Definitely will return. Thank you guys very much!
I love coming to this Starbucks, it's always good. The coffee is here and there are people too....
I know there is a Starbucks every 100 feet in this city but this one is my favorite. The employees here are always so friendly.
Drove here one morning and ordered a Tall iced matcha. Then I changed my mind when I got to the window and asked if they can make me a Grande instead. She said yes and yelled it over her shoulder. I sat at the window and witnessed the barista grabbed a Grande cup, filled it with ice and dumped my Tall matcha in there. I wanted to say something right then but there was a line behind me and we have all been waiting longer than usual because there was a big ordered that just went through before us. I decided to call the next day. Here is the issue: Called the next day and asked to speak to a manager. Ryan (shift leader) said he was manager on duty. I explained to him what happened and asked if that was normal? Right of the bat, he already had an attitude over the phone. Didn 't answer the question nor apologize for the incident. He said well, if you want a free drink, you will have to come in now! I told him I didn 't want a free drink. He then asked so, I 'm not sure why you 're calling then!!! I simply said I just wanted you to know what happened. There was a silent and then he asked anything else? I told him he was super rude. He hung up! I called back and asked why he hung up on me? He said you didn 't want a free drink and I heard your story. I wasn 't going to stay on the phone with you if you thought I was rude! ...and hung up again. Patrick Sweeney, if you 're reading this. Please pay a visit to this brand new location and maybe go over the customer service etiquettes with Ryan please. This location is SUPER convenient for me to get my coffee. Nope! I rather drive out of the way before I go back here again. 8/27/23Not sure if they 're short staffed or out harvesting coffee beans but I was in the drive through for 22 minutes for one drink. It wasn 't one car in front holding up the line, it was for the 4 cars in front of me. I think this location is a disaster
They play the music too loud both inside and out. (Believe it or not I am not a boomer. Music is supposed to be a nice BACKGROUND enhancement to the ambiance. We are not at a concert or record drop party. We are having coffee and attempting conversation. It is pretty telling that there is rarely anyone sitting inside or outside of this location. And again, perhaps that is the plan.
