Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

The high school girls who work here are attentive, but the customer service is not more than that. Feel sometimes hastened as they seem to get you in and out what puts pressure on you to know what you want when you get there. Instead of feeling how you enjoy a contract, you could also go to get your oil changed, it is very transactional, as their is not a pleasure in greeting or provide information about the different products or flavors. I also feel like the big Custard isn't big. The Rita's in San Juan Capistrano definitely offer more in Custard and customer service. I would like to point out that it is a franchise company that can explain the difference how the person who served us at SJC also seemed to be the owner. The quality of Custard and Italian ice cream are excellent, although expensive for the amount you receive at this point.

Two concrete ordered. They were pretty good, and I like the portion size.

When someone who would visit Rita's often at home in Virginia, I was annoyed by how urgent and unfriendly the service was. I visited this place three times, and two of these times the employees seemed to throw our group out. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Also they did not make the ice look like the pictures advertised. My Apple Pie Sunday was 95% apple topping and only 5% ice! My bf's mother, who had never been there and I wanted to introduce into the franchise, felt like she rushed to go, and again the employees made their order look nothing like the advertising.

Had given 6 stars if I had. I visited today and they had an employee who led the place. He treated two families before me and a whole series of different orders, while he refilled the soft machine machine and never lost his cool. Down to the management because he's working alone, but he's doing a job. The frozen jug was also great.

This ice cream is the best. Tastes so rich and amazing. Going to stop by with my daughter today since it's been a while. I love blending the italian ice and custard. So amazing and delicious. So many flavors that change all the time. It's worth every bite :
