Black Bear Diner - Santa Clarita

There were tons of seats but we were waited for 5min to be seated. Once seated we waited 5+min for a server to appear and get our order. Once we ordered our food, we waited another 5+min for drinks. Once foods were delivered, we were not able to see the face of the server again during eating. Very poor service. Food was not great, just acceptable, but I never felt we were welcomed and treated as customers. I will never visit again.

We had a great experience! Food was amazing and our waiter, Juan, was excellent! He always made sure we were taken care of before we needed to ask. He was also very good with our 1yr old. He made sure he was safe by serving away from him. We would come back again so we can enjoy a delicious meal with great service!

The service was great I think her name was Imdians. The food was ok. The hash brienz suckrf. Overcooked indervookrd.Big portions. The place is real on the way to Vegas get souvenirs kind of place. Very okie done eeehh haw. Very country dated.

1st Time trying out Black Bear Diner We Will Definitely Be Going Back! Good Was Delicious Great Portion Size! I’d suggest to go in Hungry ? had a gentlemen server by the name on Juan absolutely amazing made us feel welcomed the moment we sat down!

The new classic diner cheeseburger basket is great, along with the new huckleberry drinks.
