Achita Sushi - Santa Clarita

Excellent! Pleasantly surprised for a strip mall location. Loved the Mangorita and Lemon rolls, along with the Salmon Skin roll. Great service and prices!

I have frequented this place starting during COVID. I would have never done take out sushi prior to the restaurant closure but Achita was really good. This was and is our go to sushi place in Santa Clarita now. Really good fresh sushi, really good to-go options. They will sometimes have Toro but it's limited, but instead try their Blue Fin, Albacore Belly, or Big eye which are all awesome. they also make a really good black snapper sushi dish that has a nice citrus garnish. This is probably one of the best sushi restaurants in SCV.

I absolutely love the sushi at this restaurant because it tastes incredibly fresh! I wish there was a place like this in my hometown, as I would definitely be a regular customer. The customer service is also top-notch and very friendly, even though I have only ordered takeout so far. I am confident that dining in would be a perfect 10/10 experience!

Horrible Wasabi! Dry and mild. I like a little sizzle. Salmon handroll was mixed with some oily base, didn't have that fresh, raw taste. All I could taste was sesame oil. You won't get green tea refills, it comes in a can! Can get expensive that way. Sashimi ok, thin cuts. Otherwise the special rolls were a bit better, Sexy Roll and Heaven were good.

I've had sushi in Japan, I've had sushi with fish shipped directly from japan. I am a sushi connoisseur and this is the best place I've ever had sushi thus far.
