Petit Valentien - Santa Barbara

This restaurant was excellent from start to finish! A must-visit when in Santa Barbara. We enjoyed sitting on the patio.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. I arrived at around 11:30am and was seated promptly. I ordered the crab cakes, which were absolutely delicious. The prices were fair and the portion sizes were just right. The service was also very good. The restaurant is located in La Arcada. I enjoyed sitting at a lovely outdoor table, perfect for watching people go by.

The crab cakes and veal were outstanding. The service was attentive and the staff were extremely friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant's walk street location made us feel as though we were dining in a European town. Despite its very reasonable prices, the food's exceptional quality really stood out. Highly recommend!

We ate here two days in a row we loved it so much. First we had the dinner, which totally blew my mind. Excellent service. Beautiful outdoor dining area. Amazing food. We came again for lunch the next day and they were serving Ethiopian food. Best decision we ever made. It absolutely blew our minds how good the Ethiopian lunch was. We loved the French cuisine the night before, but the Ethiopian food was our favorite. It was served on top of this amazing flat bread. Definitely worth eating again and again.

Absolutely love all the dishes that I've had the chance to eat here. On the weekend ethiopian cuisine is available. Authentic injera made with teff was a really fun and filling experience. The combo with 2 veggies and 1 meat was the perfect balance. I've also had the pork chop milanese which was delicious.
