True Food Kitchen - Santa Monica

Highest rating on food (vegan spinach and mushroom pizza and avocado key lime pie) and attentive, firendly service by Dreden. Low rating so far on getting spendgo points credited to my account. Might have to do with the fact that I didn't pay bill through the app. However, at home I followed the instructions on the website on how to add points using information on the receipt. First, the receipt does not the contain a "receipt number" that matches the format required. Also tried the "order number" method and plugged in whatever number I saw on the receipt, because the website said that the order number format could vary. I received error messages no matter what I tried. So I called the restaurant and the hostess said she would give a message describing my situation to a manager "Larry", who might be able to help me. So far, it's well over hours and I haven't heard back. Also sent a help request through the spendgo site. Only have received a canned response that they will look into the matter. Therefore so far no satisfaction on that matter

I really enjoyed the Vegan Double Cheeseburger. I switched the set up with the Grass Fed Burger options. Deliciousness!!! The sweet potato hash was a bit mushy and under seasoned. Overall I had a good experience and the service was great

Healthy options add good taste with reasonable portion and cost. I will come back again for sure

Delicious gluten free vegan pizza. Watermelon mojito and edamame guacamole are not to be missed
