Taco Bell - Santa Ana

Terrible service. I place a DoorDash order received the wrong item contacted my doordasher and he explained to me that the lady gave him the wrong drink and he told her it was supposed to be strawberry and she is claiming he messed the orders. She said she was the manager, general manager. I don’t understand how someone that rude can be there. The same doordasher told me that the lady was rude to him. I really don’t know if this is gonna help but it gets me really upset when people try to excuse themselves from something they messed up on and try to blame it on the doordasher. She also refused to give me my refund

This location was one of the best I’ve been too and that’s saying a lot. The food was hot and fresh with picture perfect serving size and presentation as if it lept off a TV ad. I’m blown away. Let’s see how my bowels are in an hour.

Lobby is always closed. It's never opened and if it's opened only half of the lobby. Mobile orders are never with them even tho it's ready for pick up. Place is literally managed and run my incompetence monkeys.

Horrible service I had to go in and get my food thru the drive thru and they gave my food to someone else. And I was asked to wait 5 minutes and my order wasn’t even complete I was missing some food.

I recently discovered Taco Bell has vegetarian options and started eating here again. I've been to this location a handful times in the past and twice recently and each time I've never had any issues. I mobile ordered the last two times and when I arrived my food was ready and the staff were always super nice to me. I usually dine-in and it's super clean and not really crowded at all, most people are ordering drive thru. I've had their $5 box and it's the perfect amount of food for one person. I really like their potato tacos and their black Bean chalupas for the vegetarian choices. I'm not vegetarian but I have vegetarian relatives that recently visited from another country and had I known Taco Bell had really good vegetarian options I would've brought them here.
