Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Santa Ana

The chicken sandwich is amazing. The best chicken sandwich in all of fast food but the rest of the food need improvement. The popcorn chicken is too breaded. The biscuits too salty. The Cajun fries need more seasoning.

Staff needs more training in customer service and I think the management there doesn't have a clue of what good customer service looks like. If immigration is gonna be allowed, then we should be training these employees to perform with the upmost integrity and character. This is how it is done. They probably don't know what good customer service is like from their countries. Training is important.

I didn't like the cole Slav, but the manager let me change it for kartoffels? it is very nice cooked there?

Ordering online has absolutely zero advantage as they do not begin to prepare the order until they arrive and let them know they are there. the waiting times in this restaurant are terrible, terrible costumer service, we are short staff no longer cutting it. eating is exactly what they would expect from popeyes.

I would sell a cute to get some Popeyes chicken places. I have ordered online and personally, always immaculate. they are really busy so I try not to order too much during the busier hours. still good! nothing but respect for my local popeyes louisiana kitchen. note when they order online to distinguish between the spicy and the mild it can be somehow confusing.
