The restaurant is currently closed. It should be removed from Open Table when it is not open. Many diners have faced the same issue.

THIS RESTAURANT HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! YOUR DINNER PLANS MIGHT GET CANCELLED!! At first I called the restaurant and nobody picked up, so I got a voicemail saying that I should leave a message letting them know my reservation info or I should make a reservation through Open Table. I decided to make a reservation for this restaurant through Open Table for July 26 at 6:30 pm. After doing so I got a confirmation email saying that my reservation was set. So my friends and I come to the restaurant and it turns out that THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED. BUT NOBODY ON THE PHONE OR YELP TOLD US THAT. A woman standing near the restaurant saw our confused faces and told us that she also made a reservation for this restaurant without any knowledge that it was closed. Soooo, long story short, this restaurant ended up messing up multiple people's dinner plans because they failed to tell us that the restaurant was closed, yet they still allowed us to make reservations online. It's a shame because it seems like a very nice restaurant, but after this experience I don't think my friends and I will ever come back.

Showed up with 10 of us for dinner for a special event for a friend (birthday) and they had a private event going on so we had to be sent away. I did not receive a call or email informing us our reservation was cancelled. They referred us to a restaurant down the street, which was below average. Very disappointed and a damper on our special evening for sure.

Made a reservation on Open Table for party of nine. Called day of to see if we could add to party, and was informed by staff member that they were taking no reservations that night as they had booked a private wedding party. Our dinner was a PhD graduation celebration for me, a colleague, family friends--so also a special occasion and the reason we booked ahead for a large party. VERY disappointed that restaurant hadn 't thought to keep Open Table informed of reservation status. This has never happened to me on Open Table before. We were forced to find a restaurant for a party of 12 at last minute which was an overpriced and awful experience rather than a celebration of nine years of graduate school. I rated Petros as good for everything rather than poor as I never ate there, and I 'm sure Petros is a fine restaurant and didn 't want to bring down their average unfairly. HOWEVER, double-check if you try to reserve with them on Open Table.
