The dan noodle soup had a true Chinese flavor, not the Americanized version found in most fast food Chinese restaurants. The broth and noodles were well-made and satisfying. The addition of bok choy and a boiled egg made it a healthy meal. The pork miso ramen was not as complex as the best Japanese ramen restaurants, where the broth is cooked for days. However, for a mall restaurant, it was decent with a good balance of flavors. The steamed dumplings were authentic and flavorful, especially when dipped in vinegar and soy sauce. Overall, a hot and juicy dining experience.
I have tried the Suppenknödel, dandan noodles, and hand-pulled noodles at this restaurant and it has everything! Each dish had a delicious flavor. The Suppenknödel was priced at just $8 and although it wasn't the best I've had, it satisfied my craving. The portions are generous and served steaming hot. The dandan noodles were flavorful, but I think they would be even better with some added chili peppers. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I am a fan and will definitely return to try more dishes. It's convenient that they are located nearby.
