Honestly best food place in the mall. Regardless of the recent changes and not being able to choose toppings anymore this place does not fail when it comes to the freshness. I ordered the spicy pork bowl and let me tell you it was amazing, the pork was cooked to perfection and the sauce complimented it very well. It is a bit of a wait to get your food tho I think maybe since they are understaffed it's a bit harder to get orders through swiftly but they are doing an amazing job. In comparison to its neighbors this spot is amazingly clean. The customer service is also very good. I would highly recommend this to you if you're looking for something fresh and not so heavy. 10/10 for sure will be going there every chance I get !

Food is good but it now sucks how they don't let you pick your sides anymore. They raised the prices and changed it from letting you pick sides?!? Now it's 3 horribly and randomly picked sides a day. That makes no sense. I used to love this place but definitely not going to order the meal box anymore. Definitely not worth it with the recent changes. The bowl also used to be made fresh when ordered but now it's premade and you can definitely taste the quality difference. On top of that, certain ad ons that used to be free are now extra. Completely understand the price increase, but the downgrade in quality really shows.

Sadly it's the staff that is killing this location. The food is decent considering it's inside a mall food court but it is poorly managed. You have side dish options laid out but you're not allowed to pick what sides you want. They have a little board that dictates what 3 little sides you get. (But there's many options laid out for you to see) The people working look miserable and lacking proper hygiene. No hair net or hat worn, no washing of hands after handling my money, and no supervisor anywhere in sight. Why open a business and let a bunch kiddos run to the ground? And we know Westfield is charging an arm and leg for rent.
