Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Ana

These little caesars have the longest waiting time for their hot READY pizzas. Yesterday it was half an hour. Everybody just left. No surprise really, I was next to Superior and thought I would see if they were ready. We knew it would wait a long time, but an hour and a half doesn't seem logical. The guy behind the counter seemed easy to go. It's not even worth trying with this place.

It's always a good cheap option. Your expenses near $20 for a big pizza on other pizza chains, but for less than $15 you get a large pizza, bread sticks or cheese bread and sauce.

This situation seems to be under staff and not organised. The staff is polite and wants to do the right thing, but somehow service and food quality is not 100%. Most Bread sticks are old and hard. Cheese pizza easily overcooked. The personnel who were not properly trained in food safety were provided to a customer. Costume rider went out the door and came back with the lid of 1 box opened easily. You said it was the wrong order. The employee continued to put it back into the heating to give the right customer. I recommended the employee to discuss the situation with the manager.

The location is not the best. The pizza... Well.. it's little Cesar's. However I do got to give it up to the girl who took my order. Very considerate, respectful, and customer oriented. Because of her, I wish I could give this place a higher rating, but... It's only little Cesar's.

Little Caesar has became affordable Pizza place, taste is good and employees are friendly. Some others Pizza places too expensive and the customer service is bad. So If you only have $10 , a pepperoni with jalapeños pizza would do it ?
