Jersey Mike's Subs - Santa Ana

Typical sandwich shop fare. Quick service, seating inside and out.

The staff wasn't very friendly, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I frequently visit Jersey Mike's, but this location needs improvement in sandwich-making.

After a long wait, I approached the cashier again to inquire about my order. To my shock, I discovered that my order had been sitting on the counter the entire time, despite the fact that I had already told the cashier my name and she knew I was waiting. To make matters worse, once I returned to my office and opened my sandwich, I realized it wasn't what I had ordered. I had received someone else's sandwich, which contained ingredients I am allergic to, rendering it inedible. I called the restaurant to request a refund, but now I'm left without lunch and have paid for a sandwich I can't even eat. The service was terrible, and I won't be returning for lunch again. I've had several issues on previous visits, so this will be my last attempt.

I really love this Jersey Mike's! They prepare the sandwiches right in front of you and even slice the ham and cheese fresh, which is fantastic. Although it does take some time to make your order, they ensure it's done quickly. I always have a great experience when I visit this place. Thank you!

I love Jersey Mike's. The bread is always freshly made and every order is done quickly but with care. The staff are eager to help you make decisions. You can't go wrong with Mike's Philly or the BBQ-Bacon-Chicken. D E L I C I O U S!!! Yuuuummmm
