Young, where do I start? if I could give fia steak 10 out of five, I would do that definitiw. from the minute I called to make a reservation when I was in the restaurant each and every single one was absolutely on their game. they have set a completely new standard for what we should expect from restaurants before and post covid. my eating and presentations were absolutely impeccable. every single person who checked for me or waited for me, you could really know about providing first-class Notch service. dustin was the bartender when he was incredibly attentive and phenomenal at night in his job and very personal. and rick, I think he is the director of the restaurant would not have been more friendly and more gracious and consistently checked to ensure that my experience was nothing less than 110%. if they don't like this place, there is something wrong with them not this place. They will do everything to make sure they have an amazing experience. I hope they continue to do good! every penny worth it!
Amazing Food, Service and wine ð· A must experience!
I spent too much money at the restaurant and wanted to make a phone call, but the phone didn't ring, so I send a text message and wait for the restaurant's reply. One bottle of wine I ordered was counted as 2 bottles due to a restaurant error. A bottle of wine cost $170.00). Of course, there were no problems with the other wines already counted $250.00). As a result, if the restaurant counts the overcharged $170.00 plus taxes and service charges, the restaurant should refund me $217.25, but I can't speak to the restaurant.
So I will preface this review by saying I'm probably not the best judge of a steakhouse given that I'm vegetarian. That said, I came here for a work event and the ambience of this restaurant is amazing. They have string lighting and long tables on the outside and it makes for a very cozy vibe. The staff was all very nice and explained everything on the menu. I'll base this review based on everything I was able to eat (aka sides and dessert : . The potatoes au gratin (dauphinois? were amazing. Texture and taste were out of this world. The arugula salad, truffle mash, and creamed spinach were also delicious. But the dessert amazing! We got the soufflé and the butterscotch dessert and wow, it was delicious. So for any vegetarians who find yourself at this steakhouse, know that there are some good options for you too!
