Very dissapointing when we approached the drive The rude cashier on the speaker told us they had no chicken. I was like what they were selling back then. I wasn't angry with the fact that she wasn't a chicken (6:30) but the attitude of the cashier was very despicable.
Our order was placed online and confirmation was given to us that the order is ready to pick up 7:20. He had come to the restaurant at 7:30 a.m. and the order was not even prepared, not mentioning the manager and the staff smoking in front of the restaurant. It wasn't until 19:59 when the order was finished. Terrible experience. Corporate needs to be informed about these employees.
Fast food in my office, but I rarely go because the service is so slow. Now wait and wait for 15 minutes. I noticed that my chips and salsa were missing when I delivered my food, but not decided to go without it because I didn't want to wait anymore.
It is so sad that they would sell raw chicken I had gotten off of work and I thought let's go to el pollo loco when down there waited about 20 mins in the drive thru but unfortunately once I got home the new chicken burger I had boughten was pink and raw on the inside didn't know that's what chicken was supposed to look like cooked. That's a health hazard and disgusting.
