Avoid this restaurant! I have visited almost all of the locations in Orange County and it is usually my favorite place to eat. However, the food at this specific location was terrible. The service was also extremely unsatisfactory. Despite placing my order over the phone 30 minutes in advance, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food to be ready. The employee behind the counter showed no remorse and even argued with me. This was the worst DonerG experience I have ever had.
I ordered a Doner Saltado on UberEats and it was beyond amazing. The food was still warm and fresh when it arrived. The quality and taste of each bite was worth it.
I have never had better Turkish/Mediterranean food before! The dishes were incredibly delicious and full of flavor. Yaret was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you, Yaret! I am already planning on returning more often, so I'll see you all soon!
