Was having the worst day today and went to this Carls Jr and experienced the best customer service I have had in a very long time. These days good customer service is hard to come by. The difference one can make just by doing their job, being kind and having customer service skills is huge. Elizabeth was able to turn my day around for the better. WE need more people like her!!! Thank you soooooo much Elizabeth. You are making a difference for the better, in this world!!!
The manager is one of the most wholesome and helpful people I have ever meet in the restaurant business. He is the reason I am a regular at this carls. But this is very well run fast food establishment, I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping by
