Pizza Hut - Santa Ana

Worst dining experience ever. The food took decades to arrive. Food is delivered to our table without set up. We even ask for it coz seems the waiter think we will eat it bare hands. NO TISSUE AT ALL at that moment. Only fries and meat lovers pizza with extra pineapple is what we order. (and oh 2 cola, coz thats the only available drinks they have). The fries arrived with out even condiments, nor ask us if we want. The pizza, my God, it look long to come and arrived with no pineapple. As i tell it to the runner who bring the order, he relay it to our order taker, reluctantly look to his pad and repeat my order. Im even the one who told him that pineapple is missing coz his not looking to the food, his looking to his ordering pad. So you know whats next, took the food, bring to the kitchen, and we waited again for about 20 minutes for that food to be serve. As i'm waiting, seems to me that most of staff, even those waring ties know that theres seems to be a problem in my table yet no superior come to know whats happening. And the hell, after i got my bill, theres a mandatory service charge to be paid included in the bill. FYI you're service sucks...It happen a 2weeks ago, April 30th to be exact. Thats why i'm not recommending this place to anybody, even convincing them not to try for you not to experience me and my daughter experience. In fact, i'm convincing myself not to eat at pizza hut anywhere in the world coz i'm always thinking this bad scenario. Seems to me they don't have high standard for serving people.

I had a wonderful visit at Pizza Hut -SM with my wife. My hunger was filled with the yummy pizza and my wife ordered her favorite fettuccine. The service was good. I want to visit again.

Take out, home delivery or eating out. It's all possible with Pizza Hut, I go for the classic ones. In Belgium there is even a Witlovepizza, here you find local specialities but there all good and you go home with a filled stomag...Buso na...

Ask lots of questions about what comes with what. The staff is good. You can get good food, just ensure it is made the was you want it.

Pizzas are my relatives' fave so we ordered here and were not disappointed! The food is tasty though order took a bit a while so I hope service will improve here. The pizzas were not so hot when we got them though I don't know what happened with that? Perhaps staff not as alert? I know because we also ordered at Chow King almost the same time.
