A few days ago we ate at Cervecería Mauro, on the recommendation of a friend of my daughter's and it was a great discovery. From the outside, one cannot guess such a cozy restaurant, on three levels and with an ideal terrace for evenings. The attention of 10, very friendly and always with a smile, is appreciated. Last but not least, the product. We opted for some Andalusian calamari, sweet and rich, to continue with a rice a banda, simply spectacular. With a good smoke and a lot of flavor. Don't lose sight of your warm bread and aioli. If you pass through San Vicente del Raspeig, be sure to visit it. Very good site, recommended. We usually go for dinner and the quality of the food is very good. The tinto de verano with lemon granita is deceptive...it goes very well, but it goes to the head...hahaha... The service is fast and the staff is very friendly.
