San Sci Bistrot Pasticceria - SANREMO

First the waitress she wasn't right. sarg is very strict, we have a wrong order and at the end we paid and got no reception.

Several times during our stay in sanremo we went through the central piazza eroi sanremesi with a marble statue of an early 19. century sanremo mayor in the middle. the place is full of caffes and snackbars with external, good for a coffee. in the morning or a drink in the early evening. in a corner on the street and in the opposite place where the market takes place, is the san sci, which is called a cafe terrace bistrot. I went one night after dinner somewhere else and was too cold in february, I did not sit outside on a table at the piazza, but inside at the bar. There I ordered an espresso, a grappa and a dolce that I chose from a display behind glass. I could just somehow connect it to the nearby Co-Cathedral of san siro, what I found out is also called san sci' popular.

This cafe bar is a good option for those who will visit the san remo market. they can stop before or after and sit on one of the small tables outside the caffe. the service was fast and the waiter was very attentive and good. I ordered a caffe and a brie panini that was the best I ever had in my life. I highly recommend it. very good!

This is a very nice little business in sanremo not far from the market. the personal is beautiful, even if they don't speak English. they try hard to please. they have beautiful little baked and great coffees. they wrap the pastries beautifully so that they make small gifts. After I had spent a month in France, I was not blown away from the baked ones here.

Fresh brioche with excellent caffelatte is my ordinary snack at this most central terrace while visiting the busy market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. From the selection of small pastries you can choose more than one as they are miniature in size and a delight also...to look at. Waiters serve the cafe tables where tourists usually sit, locals take their espresso al banco, on the counter, where you also pay with the ticket. Toilettes are available next door on first floor.
