Cucina Etnica Mandela - SANREMO

I go there often and every time I try new delicious dishes... Today white rice with chicken and onion sauce, I drank ginger and after eating Senegalese tea to digest .. everything perfect!

Dinner of 10/03/2017. I pray that I have already eaten many Senegalese dishes from my friends and that, therefore, I know quite well the true cuisine of this country. I was invited to eat at the Mandela restaurant and I found all the typical hospitality of Senegal to which I was accustomed. Annie and Nestor are really adorable, laid and discreet. I left free choice to Annie regarding the choice of my dinner, and she prepared for me a great dish based on fish (satisfied), rice, salad and onions sauce. Also I could taste a small appetizer composed of Fataya (bucket made of meat or tuna) and another very good meatball of which, unfortunately, I do not remember the name. The dinner was accompanied by Gingembre (bibibita allo ginger, decisive and spicy) and Bissap (bibibita a base of Ibisco, very sweet). The location also promoted: Room with large windows overlooking the Piazza del Mercato Annonario. Prices: I was invited, so I wouldn't be able to place the price range, but what I've heard is around 10 Euros a plate. I'll definitely come back to try the Mafe. Recommended for everyone, to change and exit the usual routine to which Sanremo is sadly accustomed.

Great for those who always want news! Amazingly good food, spicy and tasty; Mafè officially entered my top-ten favorite foods! Also excellent is the service and furnishings that, through the art and culture typical Senegalese, takes us to a small corner of Africa. We often come with friends but also as a couple for our party nights! I recommend Karkadè to soften your aperitifs.

I had dinner in this restaurant finding myself very well, very good tastes, really to try excellent prices, I did not give the most because the room was not heated and I had to keep on the vest during dinner,,,,,, only criticism

The restaurant is located not far from the centre of Sanremo, a few steps from the covered market. Very good aperitif and excellent courses. The owners are very kind! Recommended!!!! !
