Comida buena y casera. Quizás un poco lento. Pero bien.

Visited yesterday. As we have 2 small dogs my husband asked at the bar if we could eat there. He was told yes if we sat on the terrace, which we did. We ordered our lunch and had started drinking our wine when a very angry waitress came outside. She shouted at us and pointed close to us No perros . We explained that we had confirmed that it was ok prior to sitting down and ordering but she continued to shout angrily and told us to put our dogs in the blazing sun on the main road. My husband asked the previous waiter and he just shrugged. We therefore decided to leave. In all our many visits to Spain we have never before been treated so rudely by a waitress. The woman clearly has no concept of service and her role in the service industry. Her behaviour was aggressive and unnecessary. She could have spoken to us to explain she did not want the dogs (who are well trained and were lying by the table) instead she opted to rant and rave at us. Interestingly, after her shouting in Spanish when I pointed out how rude she was, she then replied in English. Not sure if it was our nationality that upset her or the dogs. Whatever, her behaviour was wholly unacceptable and offensive. My advice would be to avoid this bar unless you enjoy being humiliated in public. Having read other 1 star reviews and spoken to people in town, it would seem this particular waitress is infamous. My advice to the family owners is to stop employing this woman. Her behaviour is ruining your reputation.

Comida mediocre, pero lo peor de todo el trato de la camarera, distante y poco amable, de tal modo que no merece la pena volver.
