Relaxing short holiday in a super hotel with a great family atmosphere.

The hotel is located in the middle of the Bavarian forest, very centrally located to all possible sights and hiking trails ... The area is simply tipping us very family-friendly in any way.. The lovingly managed family business leaves no wishes for a relaxing stay. The hotel is clean and quiet, comfortable beds, good food and a good breakfast buffet just embellished the stay. The owners are very family and hospitality is written here large. Happy to recommend again and very!!!

We cannot recommend the hotel in any way, 4 stars never if only in the restaurant(food) and service( waiter). Swimming pool and sauna small and untreated and everywhere black mold and grate steam bath are totally moldy there we are not pure. The hotel is very well served and worn out. Dirt in the dining room was two days on the ground, over the registration looks insulation from the wall.........

Active hotel is definitely exaggerated. The spa area is tiny and not beautiful so we could not feel comfortable or relax. The gym is a dark cellar with 4 devices. It was awfully cold everywhere, so we're both cold. Massages had to be booked in advance, sinceniemans is on site (at least in January) the spontaneous massages can be performed. We could also only choose from the classic massages that had then performed a physiotherapist from the next village. The massage room was also freezing! The food is also not recommended to sweet shrimp and not good from taste The owner/Chefin was also not the most friendly and customer-oriented person. Conclusion: never again! The Aktivhotel is a 2 3 star guest house more but also not!
