Landhotel Hirsch Sankt Johann

Two stars are not really bad, star gassing. In a Yelp post, something has to be done to get it. In the afternoon I went to the hotel and asked if I could eat something here. The friendly man at the reception told me that the restaurant is open from 6 pm and that there are German and Greek cuisine. Really great!!!! At 7:00. I went to the restaurant and there was the first surprise. The restaurant is located in a jewelleryless hall from the 1970s, including the accompanying fluorescent tubes. But everything was very clean. The operation came quite fast, asked for the desired drink and immediately said that in principle there are only carvings with pommes, salads or medallions with lemon sauce. Then my mood was a floor deeper. As a fan of the scavenger, of course, I ordered it. First came the salad, seasoned with some olive oil and vinegar, otherwise nothing. The ingredients were clear and mostly fresh (except some oxidized places on the iceberg salad. The typical knocking of the carvings in the kitchen was perfectly hidden... of course not because you don't have to knock TK Schnitzel. Schnitzel was well fried, not too juicy, so you don't dirty, pommes very good, with 2 servings of ketchup, 1 serving Mayo. The candles on the tables remained the same for safety reasons, so that the hut could not burn. But the price was unbeatable, 11.80 euros for a soft wheat, 1 salad and carving .
