Shima At The Sundial Beach Resort

We arrived a few minutes early, but were told we couldn't be seated because we booked through OpenTable. They insisted that we should have called the restaurant directly. I even showed them my OpenTable reservation along with the confirmation email. They didn't suggest an alternative time or offer to have us come back another day. We ended up going to Matzaluna, where they were very accommodating and friendly!

The chef was incredibly entertaining! It was the best teppanyaki show I have ever seen, and I’ve experienced quite a few.

Food taste and quality was amazing. The person cooking the food did a great job and had the entire table laughing from beginning to end. Will definitely be going back

Restaurant hard to find inside resort. No sushi or sashimi available only tableside grilling. Food over salted. Chef was charming and talented but the entire experience was extremely disappointing.

Always a show and always top quality food cooked to your specifications right in front of you. Especially entertaining for families with children as the chef engages them in a delightful fashion. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
