Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream

I couldn't find a better place on this island for ice or gelato. Very recommended.

My man and I have brought our two young daughters to dessert here. we all enjoyed it very much. there was no strange smell, as some mentioned in previous reviews, so the owners must have addressed this. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the ice and the gelato were delicious.

Large portions. Good flavors. Prices are decent, and what you'd expect for an island destination. Half their selection is gelato or sherbet, so they could probably offer some additional choices of ice cream. Good place to go for ice cream though. I'd go back.

We love coming in here after a hot day out at the beach. The best shakes and assortment of ice cream flavors in all of Sanibel. Definitely a must stop for all tourists and locals alike

Went here for a cool down and we are so glad we did! It was lunch time so no one was there so that made it very nice to take the time and try some flavors! There was 2 girls in there one was super nice so incredibly sweet. I was thankful for 2 dairy free options which are always sorbet but I was surprised that the mango gelato tasted like actual mango not fake ingredients. Who really knows I should have asked and the lemon sorbet was soooooo refreshing! I can still taste the vibrate flavors as I write this! I'm definitely going back very soon! This has been the only place on the island who's sorbet and gelato flavors taste like they are actually from the fruit not just a bunch of sugar and fake ingredients that appear to be real which is seriously a game changer when it comes to ice cream places on the island. I care about my health and know I've got to be nice to this shell of a body in which I live so I try to be as kind to it as possible.
