Ihop - Sanford

This is one of the most beautiful IHOPs I’ve ever visited. The service wasn’t the best at first; we waited about 10 minutes before a server came to our table. However, Sebastián became our server after we noticed the delay, and he was fantastic. He apologized for the wait and made it his priority to ensure we were satisfied. I hope the management takes note of this young man, especially compared to other servers who seemed to be running around without much purpose. And let me tell you, they have the best orange juice!

I called ahead to place my order and arrived at the restaurant expecting to pick it up. However, despite being next in line, I was told I had to wait until all reservations were served first. When the waitress's sister came in, the waitress whispered to her to order ahead of me. I found that frustrating since I had already been waiting. I approached the manager to express my concerns, and while I understand it was a busy night, I couldn't understand why the waitress's sister was served before those who had arrived earlier. This seemed unfair to me. In contrast, at other places like Orlando Drive, they make it clear that everyone has to wait their turn. Overall, this experience left me quite dissatisfied.

I was on a quest for pumpkin pancakes and tried them at four different restaurants. By far, IHOP was the best! I enjoyed mine with butter pecan syrup, and they were fantastic! No other places compared, but we absolutely loved this experience!

I have worked in restaurant management and I can tell them that this is not the way it's done! the girl that was cooked on Sunday should not be used as a cook anywher! the food was not terrible, but almost! it was not in the position to prepare the food as I ordered it and then t was just speck and eier for god 's sake! hopefully the day-old cooks are more competent! but unless, in any case, they are clear of this location. The female server was obviously only the job as fast as possible and they had only 4 or 5 tabs! server must slow down and check back to see if the food was prepared as ordered!

Great location, staff has great attitude and super nice. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you for great clean food and service.
