Mcdonald's - Sandy Springs

You need to verify the order before allowing customers to pick it up. I ordered two meals and two frappes, but only the meals were included. The driver claimed they didn't provide the drinks. I'm extremely frustrated because this isn't the first time it's happened. I feel like I should just forget about my meal. It's really annoying that no one takes the time to ensure that everything is included before sending it out. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

Almost every restaurant faces its share of challenges, but there's a young lady here who truly makes a difference. I had the pleasure of being served by her twice, and during my visit today, she recognized me immediately. Her vibrant personality and radiant smile brightened my day once again. After she attended to my needs, I noticed that her warmth even managed to bring a smile to the face of the new staff member. Though I don't know her name, she is a lovely woman with curly hair and an infectious smile, combined with a cheerful demeanor. I hope the management acknowledges her contributions in some way. She is a true delight in this chaotic and divided world we live in. They should find a way to ensure she continues to shine in her role, as she truly excels at it.

I ordered a double quarter pounder, but they must have been really busy because what I received was a half cheeseburger with a half quarter pounder. It's truly remarkable and unbelievable! Check out the picture!

Most workers are polite. the manager is terrible and unprofessional. I don't know who hired her. they urgently need a manager. they should promote some of the other talented and professional workers on this site.

I’ll give it a four on the days the wonderful cashier that is always cheerful and smiling isn’t present. The other staff can be rude and dismissive. I promise she is the reason I frequent so often.
