I have never had any issues with getting exactly what I want at this restaurant!

This is just your average salad, but if you're looking for something with a little kick, the jalapeño popper salad is probably the best choice. The salad tasted fresh and not too spicy, making it perfect for a quick lunch when the drive-thru line isn't too long.

Just your average fast food salad. If you want to get a salad their jalapeño popper salad is probably the best. Their lettuce tasted fresh. It wasn?t too spicy so it was good when I needed a quick lunch and the drive thru line wasn?t too long

I was ordering a burger without sauce and the lady interrupted me, so I assumed she understood my request. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. While they were efficient in preparing the food, having to deconstruct and eat a burger open-face was not ideal. I found the interruption and lack of attention to my request to be rude. When I inquired about the burger being made plain, she simply took my credit card without acknowledging my question. While the service was fast, good customer service is important. It's no surprise that the line at other fast food restaurants was longer and there were fewer cars at Wendy's.

I have always frequented this Wendy's location for my orders, but I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. The woman who has been working at the window for over 20 years really needs to retire. While I understand that customer service can be tough, if you are consistently unhappy and cannot even manage to crack a smile or hand over food bags politely, it might be time to consider retiring. I make an effort to always be friendly and thankful when I visit, and I believe that kindness goes a long way.
