The food was fantastic and incredibly delicious, but the dine-in customer service was disappointing. If I decide to return, it will definitely be for takeout only.
While I waited in the car, I noticed that other guests were waiting outside the restaurant. After 40 minutes of waiting without receiving a call, I observed that some of the people who had arrived after us were seated before us. Concerned, I decided to call and check on the status of our reservation. The woman who answered said that they had already seated all the customers who left their numbers. However, they never called us, so we ultimately decided to leave.
Today I went to lunch because of a post I recently saw on Instagram and I really went to give the money away, I ordered three lunches and drinks. The soup was old and inedible full of fat and salty. The old rice was so old that it already smelled rotten, the terrible roast chicken had been heated badly and had several parts that were cold from being refrigerated. I have been a customer of this place since they started but today I feel like I went to give money to a place with very bad food. I let the person who served us know everything, the very attentive person said that they were trying this thing of selling lunches.
Overall, I had a decent experience. I think the food could have been presented better and in larger portions. The Santa Barbara dish really caught me off guard.
